HUMINT Reports Manager

Location: Peterson SFB, CO

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI

PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review HUMINT reporting and processing of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).
  • Maintain IIR reporting metrics to assist in the collection management mission by using available intelligence tools to assist in a qualitative review of platform/collector performance. Support the Government in presenting collection management trends, issues, and reporting highlights monthly, quarterly, and annually and support monthly reporting of IIR metrics.
  • Draft, format, and provide quality checks to IIRs, collection emphasis messages, contact coordination requests (CCR), and IIR evaluations, ensuring that local MAJCOM and DIA specified policies and guidance are complied with and that information meets unit PIR and national information collection requirements reporting thresholds. Obtain Government approval prior to publishing and conduct post-IIR publication, IIR review, and annual IIR reconciliation.
  • Provide support for up to 6 exercises and contingency operations annually that are approximately 5 days in duration each including flexible work hours and shift work that may exceed 8 hours/shift or event.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Active TS/SCI, 10+ years of applicable experience supporting HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements with hands-on expertise supporting IIR and CCR reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA/BS degree in a technical field. Education may be traded for experience per the GSA OASIS model contract policies and procedures.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Quick Services LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
