Expert Geospatial Information Systems Administrator

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI

This job is located in: FT. Liberty, NC

Qualifications and Job Summary:

  • Shall be cleared at the TOP SECRET level with SCI eligibility
  • Shall perform advanced level planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise level GIS associated geospatial databases, network equipment, and software tools and applicants, have eight years of progressive GIS server experience
  • Shall be highly proficient in administering and deploying open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations
  • Strong ability to write custom scripts for automation and analysis using Python with knowledge of C# and Java
  • Be proficient in administering and deploying enterprise level open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations.
  • Perform at high/expert intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation
  • Shall possess an expert working knowledge of the discovery, analysis and exploitation of geospatially oriented data and the management of that data within a variety of Open Geospatial Consortium (ODC) compliant applications and database
  • Shall possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Shall possess high/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial oriented data
  • Expert Geospatial Information Systems Administrator is required to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification in accordance with DODD 8570.01.

Desired Qualifications and Experience. Bachelor's degree and 10 years of general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems architecture and geospatial systems experience is highly desirable.
